The Blue Chip® Severe Duty Explosion Proof
motor (2:1 CT to 10:1 CT) features corrosion resistant hardware with epoxy paint, making the motor usable in environments with contaminants that would normally cause motor failure. It has a stainless steel nameplate with Variable & Constant torque capability for use with any PWM Drive. Also, its over-sized NEC-compliant conduit box rotates, making more room for field wiring and termination.

The Blue Chip XRI® Severe Duty motor (up to 20:1 CT) is designed to NEMA Premium efficiency levels and is totally enclosed, with rigid base inverter duty. It has increased ROI for applications that require a long run or high cycle
operation, Variable and Constant torque capabilities, MAX GUARD® Class F insulation system, and other great features!
