If your plant or facility uses web guiding equipment, then you likely already know the importance of detection sensors.  These are sensors used to detect the edge, center or print line of a web to maintain correct positioning of the web as it moves.  Common in industries such as textiles, paper, film, rubber and metal, sensors help minimize the loss of material and labor, while improving efficiency and quality.
