In our pursuit to upgrade our original cards to new din-rail mountable modules, we've included a new upgrade of the Frequency-to-Voltage Converter in our product line.
Model FTV220-000 F-to-V Module provides a convenient way to convert digital pulse frequency signals to an analog voltage or current. It isolates the frequency input signal optically from the analog output circuitry. The latest F-to-V module can be used in a variety of applications. Let's see how this one compares to two of our older F-to-V cards.
Model FTV220-000 Features:
- Input to output isolation: 480 VAC RMS
- Operates from a 24 VDC power source
- Linearity: +/-0.5% of 10 VDC span
- Frequency input: square wave only (10-90% duty cycle)
- Max frequency input: 50 KHz
- Max frequency input voltage: 24V peak
- Source for frequency generator: +15VDC@100mA
- Selectable output: unipolar voltage (0-10VDC) or current (0-20mA, 4-20mA)
- Optically isolated frequency signal
- Multi-turn Offset, Bias and Gain potentiometers for precise adjustment of desired output
- Optional external Trim potentiometer for manual or dancer control
- Multi-turn Trim Range potentiometer
- Teach Input for easy calibration of input frequency
- May be used for uni-directional speed feedback or speed follower
- Din-rail or panel mountable
- Combine with Voltage-to-Frequency Modules to create a multi-channel Master Reference

- Power supply: +12 VDC, 100mA max
- Voltage output only: -10 to +10 VDC
- Optically isolated frequency signal
- Multi-turn Offset and Gain potentiometers for precise adjustment of desired output
